At NOVIP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights under EU consumer law and how returns work with our print-on-demand products.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods — no explanation required.
NOVIP extends this period to 30 days, giving you even more flexibility.
2. How to Start a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us with a clear statement.

3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
The item was purchased within the last 30 days
The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing parts may not be accepted.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
In accordance with EU laws, only fully personalized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
NOVIP products are not personalized (print-on-demand ≠ custom personal product); therefore:
👉 All NOVIP products are eligible for return, unless they were delivered damaged or defective and are not in their original condition.
5. Who Pays for the Return Shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered in a defective or incorrect condition.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods.

Do NOT return items to our production partners (Printful). Returns must be sent to the address above.
7. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.
If approved, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order.
You will not be charged any refund fees.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.
We will offer:
✔ A free replacement, or
✔ A full refund
at no additional cost.
9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
