1. About NOVIP

NOVIP is an apparel brand offering print-on-demand clothing and accessories. All items are produced individually per order through our fulfillment partner (Printful).
You agree that each item you purchase is custom-made and produced only after your order is placed.

2. Ordering and Contract Formation

When you place an order:

• You are making an offer to purchase.

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

• An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
  

NOVIP reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

• Suspected fraud

• Incorrect pricing

• Lack of product availability

• Incomplete or invalid shipping information

  
  

3. Prices & Payment

All prices listed on the website are final and displayed in your selected currency.
We accept secure payments via Stripe.
Payment must be completed before an order enters production.

If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and offer you the option to:

• Pay the correct price, or

• Cancel the order
  
  

4. Fulfillment and Production

All products are printed and fulfilled by Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
As products are made on demand, production begins shortly after your order is placed.

5. Shipping

Shipping times vary by country. Typical delivery estimates:

• USA: 5–7 business days

• UK: 13–16 business days

• Germany: 15–16 business days

• France: 18–21 business days

• Canada: 12–15 business days

• Australia: 26–30 business days

• Worldwide: 10–30 business days
  

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout using Printful’s real-time rates.

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Customs delays

• Additional customs fees
  

Tracking may not be available for all countries.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to our on-demand production process:

❌ We do NOT accept returns for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse
  

✔ We accept returns or provide refunds ONLY for:

• Damaged items

• Misprinted items

• Production errors

• Wrong item received
  

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the order and provide photos of the issue.

Unauthorized returns to production facilities will not be processed.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will resend a replacement after carrier investigation.
If a package is marked as delivered, NOVIP cannot be held responsible for missing packages.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on the NOVIP website are owned by ART DECO PRINT STUDIO LLC and are protected by copyright laws.
You may not:

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Copy

• Modify

• Sell
  

any part of this website or its content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• NOVIP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• NOVIP is not responsible for delays outside our control (production or shipping delays).

• NOVIP is not responsible for items damaged after delivery, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or carrier delivery issues.
  
  

10. Accuracy of Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and imagery, but colors may vary due to screen settings or print variations.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the website for:

• Fraudulent purposes

• Commercial reselling without authorization

• Disruption, hacking, or unlawful activity
