Shipping Policy

At NOVIP, all products are printed on demand and shipped internationally through our fulfillment partner. This policy explains how shipping works for your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Every product is made individually after your order is placed.
Production typically takes:

2–5 business days (before the order is shipped)

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

2. Shipping Times by Destination

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Below are the average delivery estimates:

  • United States: 5–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: 13–16 business days

  • Germany: 15–16 business days

  • France: 18–21 business days

  • Canada: 12–15 business days

  • Australia: 26–30 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

These are estimates and may vary based on customs, local postal services, and seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout using Printful’s real-time rates, based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Quantity

  • Weight

Typical examples (for one t-shirt):

  • USA: from $4.75

  • UK: from $4.59

  • Germany/France: from $4.79

  • Canada: from $8.29

  • Australia: from $7.19


You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

4. Order Tracking

Most orders include tracking. Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination country and the local postal service.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees based on your country’s regulations.

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

NOVIP is not responsible for customs delays.

6. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The package may be returned or lost

  • Additional shipping fees will apply to reship

NOVIP is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is lost in transit:

  • We will investigate with the carrier

  • A free replacement will be issued when confirmed lost

If the carrier marks an order as delivered, NOVIP cannot refund or replace missing packages.

8. Return Address

If we authorize a return (only for defective/incorrect items), send it to:
